  • make sure that you are not blocked from accessing the site by any firewalls
  • retry again after a few minutes
  • retry again and again

well i tried to log in to another account and the same problem happened and my internet connection is good so i think the problem is from the game

on the other hand - 99% of the other players are not affected and their login works as usual.
that is why I mentioned the internet connection

any bugs should be posted under #1024200370035101776 btw.
if it still persists, use the link in #customer-care to file a bug report with the game devs

He decided to write the same in another (wrong) chat and was helped there. It was his mobile data, it’s solved

yeah my mobile data is good but some problem happened and i just switch it and when i use it again it worked

Next time please use the right channels. This one is a feedback channel, we give a feedback to the game and don’t talk about bugs (Michael showed you the right channels)
Later you switched to the suggestion channel which was pretty wrong (but you were lucky to get help there)
