My daughter has been playing for a while on her Kindle Fire Kids. However now when the game loads she can only select the enchantment league and as soon as it starts it crashes. Any ideas? Also, is there any way to export her user data? I’m concerned that I’ll delete her progress if I remove and reinstall.
I have updated the system and the app which shows as 5.9.2, build 87255a Amazon EUR.
Device is a Fire HD 10 (11th edition) running Fire OS 7.3.3.1.

Enchantment League was removed in 2021... Did the game work fine recently?

You're going to have to contact Customer Care for this one. Please use the web support site form at https://gameloft.helpshift.com/hc/en/13-dragon-mania-legends/contact-us/?p=web. I think your main question will be how to save/transfer the progress because they may say the device can't handle the game anymore

That version has always been different. Afaik, Amazon is the only platform that ever had it

I wasn't clear - the kid version has always been different and it was only available on Amazon. The regular version on Amazon was and is the same as on other platforms
