#Why was my conversation closed?

If you do not send the requested screenshots, customer service will close the request after a waiting period.
Did you reply by either saying you had no other screenshots or send additional screenshots? If you didn't reply at all, that's why the conversation was closed
I also sent the invoice information.
I replied but they didn't look at my email.
Unless they were done on different days, this last screenshot you posted happened before this one - #1380185715035340851 message. When CC responded and asked if you had any further information, did you reply?

Are both tickets closed or only one? If it's only one, then concentrate on the open ticket

Your screenshot shows 2 tickets. Right now, I'm not asking if your issue was resolved (I know it hasn't been), I'm asking if both of those tickets were closed or if only one of them was closed

Then ignore that one. Check the open ticket and if CC has asked for a reply, then do so. If you have no more information or screenshots to give them, you need to reply and tell them that you don't. If you only attached screenshots to the ticket that was closed, attach them to your reply in the ticket that's open
We never spoke to Gameloft customer service.
They didn't look at my messages

Did you open any other tickets regarding the generator, either in-game or using the web support page?
And I'm not sure you understand how CC works:
- You open a ticket using the in-game chat bot and are assigned a conversation ID or you use the web support page and get an auto-reply email with your conversation ID (and probably basic troubleshooting steps)
- You wait for a live agent to reply to your ticket
- You reply to the agent, either providing the information they ask for or saying you don't have any further information
There is no "I did this, there is my proof" with an immediate reply saying "it's fixed"

I'm guessing, but I suspect the web tickets were closed because they're duplicates and the in-game chat ticket was closed because you didn't respond. If those 3 are the only tickets you opened, then try the following:
- start a new conversation in-game using the chat bot
- in the explanation box, type "Reference Conversation ID 3825122", then apologize for not responding earlier and include your screenshots
- wait for a response from a live agent
- do not open any additional tickets
But the ticket is closed. CC does not reopen tickets, so you need to start again
