Did you try to retrieve the progress by logging in in Microsoft and GL club again?

i think that we cant do anything about it since we are not customer care the only ones who have access to your data so you should wait for a mod to approve what im saying but youll need to contact customer care and ask with your player id (if you still have that one) if they could recover your progress

When you go to Settings > Account and try to connect to your Microsoft account, what happens?

Can you log into the Gameloft Club shop? If you can, please do 2 things:

• take a screenshot of the My Profile page - this will show your DML basics
• take a screenshot of the Transaction History page if you every got anything from the shop, including free stuff
  You can use these screenshots as proof of your account if needed
