I lost access to my account and I don't have any accounts linked to it, neither Facebook nor Google Play, I only have the account ID, I've already tried to contact support and they told me there was nothing I could do, I wanted to know if that would be true

As only Customer Care can recover unlinked accounts, it's true. If you provided the Player ID and when you last played (an approximate date would be sufficient) and they couldn't locate it, then it's gone.
