I'll be honest, this isn't the first time I've complained about this problem, and it probably won't be the last, but the fact is, I'm looking for a solution to this problem on my behalf and on behalf of others who are also going through this. To summarize, this is a problem that we need help with, as we have sent many support requests to Gameloft, and they always say that this is being investigated, but nothing is resolved. I heard that in 2017, this same problem happened, and this same image was seen, I would like to know if there is anyone here who faced this problem back then, and if they remember, could you please tell us how we could resolve it? On this black screen with purple squares, we are prevented from accessing the game, because after this, it closes by itself. It doesn't matter how many times we reinstall the game, or restart our computers, it doesn't help. We need help.

I do understand your frustration with this problem. Please note that there is *no one *from the development team on the server, nor is there anyone from Customer Care as we are not a support server.

Also this is a duplicate thread of the one your report in bug reports here: #1332084939998498909 message. When we have some news or updates about your problem we will post an update in that thread. Thanks for understanding.
