To summarize, this is a problem that we need help with, as we have sent many support requests to Gameloft, and they always say that this is being investigated, but nothing is resolved. I heard that in 2017, this same problem happened, and this same image was seen, I would like to know if there is anyone here who faced this problem back then, and if they remember, could you please tell us how we could resolve it? On this black screen with purple squares, we are prevented from accessing the game, because after this, it closes by itself. It doesn't matter how many times we reinstall the game, or restart our computers, it doesn't help. We need help.
