That's the problem. For the next month, will the task (3 months of dragons) be completed and the gems will also not be credited?

While this will be passed on to the devs, please open a ticket with Customer Care (see #customer-care if you haven't opened a ticket before or are on Windows)

I already opened a ticket to cc. Just waiting right now. But i hope it gets fixed for everyone soon
Now there are only a few of us. But in March it will be all players. Hopefully they will be able to fix it by then. Otherwise it will be a big problem for GML 😱

Mine too. And two problems. Didn't receive gems from gems from the left side and on the right side it doesn't show that it's completed even though clearly it is. Awaiting a response from Customer Care.

Happened twice. Thought maybe I didn't see them rewarded so I finished another collection and no gems.
Got my gems now from CC

Got 25gems but still missing 25 gems for the other collection. I haven't read if the 25gems is a compensation or it's the reward
Update for my issue: I contacted Customer Care for both issues and received 50 gems for each of the completed quest. #1335707350484652084 message

is it necessary to write to the customer care, or it'll be fixed over time and i'll receive my gems but later after some patches?
Probably better to write Customer Care, especially if the devs take their time fixing it
Received both 25 gems for 2 collections, CC did a great job getting those to me but I'm going to stop finishing the collections till this is fixed.
I completed the task, but I did not receive 40 witchcraft tickets

You can either wait and hope the devs fix the bug sometime in the future, or just open a ticket, tell Customer Care you completed the collection but did not get the reward, and they'll send it to you
The support service does not support players from Russia
Ah, my apologies. Hopefully the bug gets fixed within the next couple of updates

Hopefully it’s fixed soon, seeing that “❗️” and not being able to do anything is in a way triggering (I got my reward from CC)
i cant contact cc because there's a case open which doesnt close so i wish for a fix (im so disturbed by that !)
Use the web support page link in #customer-care - you can open as many tickets as needed through it

Ugh, seems like advice is to contact customer care...but is there a way to see how many collections I've missed rewards on? I thought something looked off on one collection and then just convinced myself a second collection definitely did not give me gems...and then I searched and found this thread. Was the exclamation point the sign that my first of those collections didn't work?
Probably yes. The exclamation point appears when you finish a collection and, with no bugs, you'd receive the reward when you opened the codex. The bug appeared with the 8.4 update which was released in 2 parts - 23 January and 30 January 2025 - so if you think you missed more than one collection, ask CC to check what collections you've completed since that update

They just awarded gems for some collections not sure why but anyways maybe they fixed the bug? Anyone else get gems awarded?
