Have you tried to ask for help at customer care? You could reach them in the link you tagged through the website. I hope they can help you
Yeah but they only replied
Try restarting you phone
Check network connection
Check for any updates for mobile or game
If this doesn't work try reinstalling the game
But none of these worked bro 😭
Unfortunately I have no other solution than those of customer care (but maybe someone else has)

Anybody here. Best thing is to keep on talking to customer care. Tell them it didn’t work, what else they could suggest

In schools and at workplaces there are usually firewalls to protect the WiFi network from external breaches. And most also block gaming traffic.

I am using my another phone's data through hotspot
