I just implemented the Windows update. I clicked in the Enchantment Materials icon where you can either buy chests or watch an ad. I clicked on the Gift Chest, watched the ad, but at the end of the ad nothing had changed. No chest. No enchantment materials. The red exclamation point remains on the green Enchantment star on the main view.

yes, watching ads on window not working after migration. My clan is on level 10 clan dragon- but we were not able to participate the clan event as it was not on offer for us. It will be very unfair to lost our hard earn power ups all because we were not offer the chance to participate this week clan event. I hope those power up not going to disappear on friday! Big problem for window players!!!

Whenever the devs get it to work, you get that with the first breeding of the day that's at least 3-4 hours long (for example, you don't get it for a Lava). Don't want to use it? Immediately close the game

it is not like we don't want to use it... but it does not work. Same with watching ads for ' gifts' or other things... do not work at all... that is the problem.

without ads, not only do we struggle with breeding points, but also all these not working.. and don't get any watch ad for gift either.. how are they going to compensate us for these also

i do sincerely hope that dml will take all these into the account too when they work out a compensation for us... and i really hope the compensation is better and more reasonable- previously, the dungeon stepping stone compensation is a joke.

This is apparently FIXED! I just tried with breeding reduction, hatching reduction and and free enchantment chest and all 3 worked 🙂

the taiwanese players been not able to watch ads for a long time too, not quite relate to just the platform migration... and one of those member tells us that he change the country on his device and now his ads are working again

i dont knoew if this is just for windows...but i watched a "time reduction video" for my egg 3 times to get it to work 1 time.... and the egg for what i watched it was already hatched when, 10 min later i got the window for "time reduced 30 min" 1 time (still missing 1 time)..... ottos lotto was missing 3 spins so far after watching the ad....

- There is no EUR or APA anymore for Windows, only gold0029.
- Please open a ticket with Customer Care and let them know that the fix didn't work for you. If you were having issues with ads before migration, please include that information in the ticket.
- Make sure you use your new Player ID when opening the ticket

one of my Taiwanese member tell me that the only way he fix his long standing ad problem was to change the country on his device, from Taiwan to America, then the ad issue is resolved. This is what some of our players have to do just to be able to play the game fairly.🤦
