Does Gameloft often take a long time to respond to support requests? It's been 11 days since I sent a request, and I'm still waiting for a response.

Response is usually 12-72 hours but can take longer if there's a large ticket load; can also take longer if it's a transfer request as they are not considered a priority.

You can check the status of your ticket - see #customer-care message for instructions on how to use #tickets-status-check.

It's really a transfer request. But how long do they take for this type of request?

Did you contact them in-game from Android or Windows?

If you contacted them through an Android game, keep an eye on the Dgear and look for a Exclamation_Icon on it - this means you have a new message, so tap the Dgear, then Customer Care, then the chat icon.
Work hours are normal business hours, not 24/7. The system is designed to escalate any open ticket that hasn't received a response within 7 days, which I see the status check told you

I went to check my ticket again, as it hadn't been answered yet, but it says that I already got a response, but this information is false, as no message from Gameloft arrived in my email, I didn't understand what happened

Contact in-game on Android is solely through the chat, not email. See the post directly above yours. Once you open the chat, scroll down to the bottom if needed to see the new message

Did you get a chat box? And did you receive an auto-reply email confirming your ticket with your conversation ID? If yes to the first question and no to the second ... the reason you don't see a message from Customer Care is that chat bot only opens tickets. Windows doesn't have a native chat feature so any chat is a one-time deal (I've already passed on my complaints about this to the devs).

If you have your conversation ID, please open a new ticket using this link - https://gameloft.helpshift.com/hc/en/13-dragon-mania-legends/contact-us/?p=web. In the explanation box, please reference the original conversation ID and ask that the response be sent to you via email

When you opened the ticket, did you get the first screen or the second? And did you check your junk/spam email?

If you didn't get the auto-reply email (you always need to check email inbox + junk/spam), then it doesn't sound like your ticket was successfully submitted. If your submission through the Android game was successful (that would have been directly with the chat bot, no website involvement), then that's the conversation ID you should use to check the status and that's also where you should look for a response

I went to check how it was on Android, in theory the game should have been reset on Android since now my progress went to Windows, but now the game is duplicated on Windows and Android 🤣🤣🤣

#

I honestly don't know what to do now, maybe there was some error in the transfer, as my Windows is slightly behind in the game, but I didn't lose anything

#

So I honestly don't know, because now I have the same progress on Android and Windows

#

I have a theory that this may have happened because I first logged in through Microsoft on Windows, I don't know if progress is saved differently on Facebook and Windows

The game progress won't sync between Windows and Android. What I'd suggest is responding to the ticket in Android, letting them know that your progress is now in Windows but the Android game progress has not been removed
