When i select an ad, there is a 4 or 5 second delay before the ad starts, no spinning timer, just what looks like a frozen screen. When the ad ends, the time spinner pops up but doesn't spin. Again, it looks like a frozen screen. Also, the number of ads available before 'check back later' is lower than usual. Movie marathon is going to take much longer to play.
#There's a lag at the beginning and end of ads.

unfortunately i don't THINK that's a DML issue. i think it's an issue either with your internet (my ads struggle a lot unless i'm on 5G) or just with the ads themselves

Mine does this too. Weird visual shadow transparency glitches with mine too since most recent update when playing ads

I've got times w here itakes 2 minutes to do a 30 second ad. It's really annoying.

Hello. I had already written about this in Discord and should report it. Before and after the videos everything hangs up and the screen freezes. Some commercials don't start properly and I can't close them and have to quit the game. That's pretty stupid when I've the chance for time reductions. I also have to leave the game after 1 or 2 commercials because the field remains gray. The marathon and the wheel of fortune are so an imposition. I hope you can fix this quickly....
I also noticed that the new feature of solving tasks early (clan) no longer works. Kind regards, Therese

The last image is a promotional video that doesn't start. I've had this problem for a while now. Cache was cleared without success.
Even after purchases, the game hangs, like in the picture here. I can only restart.

DML uses a third-party provider for ads such as those reducing timers; these are not the same as in-game promotional ads. What CC needs to help anyone is details - what type of ad (promotional? timer reduction?). As the regular ads vary, CC needs details about specific ads so they can check with that third-party about issues.

The most recent update seems to have the problem fixed. So it was an issue in DML. Would it kill them to say 'thanks for pointing it out, we'll send it to the code-writers'?
