I've tried all of that, I just need to restrict the antivirus. It may be some add-on to the DML program that does not match well with NIS (Norton antivirus). Could there be any restrictions in Europe? It seems strange to me. It could be that some video may have either a bad format or some add-on that NIS detects and inhibits the viewing program. They are mere hypotheses, I have not been able to verify them. The internet connection is perfect.

If you are using an anti-virus, I suggest you check its settings and also your firewall. While in-game ads for in-game items may be supplied by DML, outside ads are supplied by a third-party provider and it could easily be the default settings of most anti-virus programs - don't let anything through (although McAfee is probably the worst about this).

According to the program information, the game version is 7.8.01; However, two versions 6.9.13.0 and 7.8.12.0 are present in the antivirus. The first is static for game data (I think also personal) and the second is dynamic for the game executables. Both are allowed on the firewall. I'm afraid to cancel one of the two.

iirc disabling the "Adblocker" temporarily helped me for this a few years ago - you might want to try that

Michael, that's right. I have done it and I have only been able to see one ad. It is as before, even with the adblocker stopped. The rest of the game works perfectly.

Of course I mean the answer: 'The ability to watch ads should appear independently'. This capacity will be provided by the codecs that the PC has, whether from XBOX or video viewers (Windows or commercial or Internet browsers) or those that Gameloft can provide. Technically they do not provide ads, however, they must provide a framework. It doesn't even look like I have the frame. I hope it is solved in the next update.

i think for free to play players... it has been for a long time now that they are limited to 5 ads a day across the entire game... so if you used it for breeding time reduction, or othr things, then that is why you find your game don't let you watch ads for movie marathon etc. But after say that, since the very last update, 2 of the accounts that used to have limited 5 ads a day problem now can watch more than 5 ads a day... not unlimited- but maybe 12 or 14 ads now a day

I also used to have this problem a lot when I was on windows, I always assumed there are just not many ads to show there, as after I switched platform to Android i never got such problem

If you have no ads at all, then it's still an issue specific to you. If the ads are there but not working after migration, that's a migration issue (#1298339301188304896)

There have been no add-ons for a long time. I don't argue that the problem is mine. However, I have disabled all adblockers in my internet browsers and antivirus. I think there may be some parameter in DML, such that the adds are blocked. In other non-Gameloft games I have adds.

Mine is a little tricky. I get an ad that works for 2 seconds and then doesn't give me anything. After that it says that the ad is not available. When it's finally available, I get the same ad again.
If I'm lucky, I get one that works. And then it's the other one again

You can contact Customer Care in-game, attach a screenshot of the ad and request that it be blocked from your device. It won't be immediate because ads are provided by a third party, but it can be blocked
