the point of this pack was already to attract new users who didnt buy anything, so if you dont have it then you are a vip user and you are not getting it since the pack is exclusive for non vip user
I agree with this decision of game and they can bring exclusive packs to users who didnt purchase anything yet!

It's ironic that you say this when you seem to only disagree when it doesn't suit your personal agenda.
As Suraj said, the pack was exclusively a one-time offer for those who had not spent before. It's like a beginner pack. This is a thing in many other games and now a recent thing for the game DML. It's a way to incentivize spending for the non-spenders or to be more specific, a lot of early players, that's the target audience.
Once you buy it, you never get it again. These new spenders will then start spending little by little over time and that's how they are supposed to benefit.

As for why others don't get cheap offers like this, it's because the rest have already managed to make a purchase in the game, which means they are well capable of purchasing the existing deals in the game.
pepeokayman The original deals cost high even now after years, because many players still purchase them and it's a profit for Gameloft. If players were unhappy, they would have stopped buying and that would have made GL lower the cost.
Also, the game has gem sales and even clam on sales open to every player to buy these deals at a cheaper price.
Many people like me wait for offers like clam on sale or even gem sale because we can't(or sometimes won't) normally purchase expensive deals. But even I am happy to see early players or f2p players get this deal to make them spend a little. Meanwhile, other players are gonna keep spending regardless of whether they are gonna get this deal or not.
You didn't realise that providing this deal to those who are already spending a lot in the game is only a loss to Gameloft? I'm honestly baffled that you have objection to one-time deals targeted for a specific audience, and then calling those players non supporters of the game, as if spending is the only way to support the game. Maybe think that some players can't afford to spend lots of money in this game and hence the game is trying to be kind to them?

First the game is f2p, second if you make purchase it's for in game items and they provide vip features in return for p2p
Also game is f2p so it will always support f2p players with p2p
Last don't think bout how GL earns or works since they are million dollar company and they doing this business for years now!

but I already said that giving these offers to players who already spend lots of money is only a loss for Gameloft in terms of revenue. Not to mention it's a one time offer only. We also get many special one time offers during holidays like special sale whale deals(Ticket Master for only $25) or even shop deals (Legendary sigils for a mere $100). I just wish they restore back the 70% off for clam on sale again.

Maybe also having a special gem sale during holidays where gems cost very cheap can help but that depends on gameloft themselves

let me give you some insight being the server's self-claimed #1 best f2p player:
I'm not f2p just because I want to, I also don't have money. the only thing I can do to "support" the game is by watching tons of ads. seeing this gem deal changes nothing for me. even if I did have the money to buy stuff in game, I'm not ignorant to the malpractices being used to entice players to keep spending. this game already pays for itself through ads, so unless there is a good reason any player should be spending hundreds or thousands of dollars monthly on this game, I'll continue being f2p for the foreseeable future.

besides, the game is advertised as "free to play", and that should speak for itself.

it's a troublesome situation for us all. whether we pay or not, we don't get to see the changes we want. if we all protest by never paying, the game shuts down. the only way to make change is to be a shareholder, which is hundreds of times more invested than some of the richest whales.

You purchase in game items then you are p2p customer not a shareholder, even f2p are customers since they watch ads
Also this game, I told million time this game is f2p and they earn tho ads or in game items
So if a f2p player getting better offer that isn't a issue since game is trying to make new p2p customers

to me 10 00 gems would of been a good deal to all players and and it would of helped us to get dragons that we never did get and not knowing when they would be back with events i don't want to complain alot and this is how i feel about it all i won't continue to count it as a loss anymore divine dragons and divine events will be coming march 1 and im ready to collect divine dragons 3 of them

I think to attract new players would be better to give like 50 free gems or smth. I can't spend money in the game even if I wanted to, so see the initial offer just made me sad aloecry

I see your point Michelle. But you should consider that many new players are very impatient. Your proposition doesn’t help them at all. They really must learn since the beginning that they can’t get everything they want by snapping with the fingers.
And after all GL is a company and their goal must be to earn money

Actually DML drowned a few months ago because of the whaled only, if they give everything fair players will play at their own style but they just focused on bundles, and making events p2w like first tyrant event but now they realised something to make events fair to doable for f2ps so now the 'hate' rate for this game was low if they again concentrate on p2w players only it turns out all f2ps just leave and few whales just gets bored and game literally dies so current things have no issues at all, leave it like that for US rngpls

Impatient whales and huge spenders will keep spending regardless of whether they get a super great deal or not cuz they are able to afford that spending.
If they didn't like to spend that much money, they can stop spending altogether, and make their voices heard but clearly most whales don't give a single care since the costs never decreased since the game started Shrug

I keep saying this but we as a community should make GL hear our voices. But for that, we need to be selfless for once and actually protest (not a literal protest) and we have to make it clear that we want our demands to be fulfilled.
