I did not receive the compensation. Right after the announcement, nothing changed: my stones were still at 2000. I sent two screens including today's date and time to customer service to prove this and they just closed now my complaint saying that I had been compensated.

Dear dml, I found that this Dragon Board progress reset glitch is not bad at all because it gives us double stepping stones. For example, if you battle on campaign map, a battle can give you 50 stones. Same for every task. I think this glitch is totally strange

At first I thought I earned the double rewards, but the max Stones you get when you finish everything is 1.200 + 600 (1800), and this is what I'm still earning even with the game showing the double rewards

I logged in, got my 57K, started doing the six actions, but got no flying creatures (typical of when this kind of mini-game starts), so I exited and came back. I got my flying creatures but the 57K had disappeared. Also, I had a duplicate Dragon Board and received double Birthday Stones for each action. So, I had over 3K when I clicked on Play, and I was able to do one Trade for 3K but the 57K gave me no benefit at all. I know others have had versions of this story.

Oh, and I'm waiting "forever" for CC to respond to a chat request. I don't hold out much hope with the number of angry gamers in here.

You only need to open 1 ticket for an issue, then wait. The conversation ID is used when you don't get a response after a several days and you can then use it to check on the status of your ticket.

Sadly this is not the first or last time something like this has happened. During the spring and summer of 2016 there was a lot of random rollbacks on game progress. Trainer got mad about it. It did take time for DMLstaff to fix the problems and give compensation. Also My gem of wisdom was for someone who was mad that design team made a redesign of Luzra dragon and gave it Baha'jir elements instead of just have Baha'jir as the collection prize. That was something not to get mad about. Losing all progress in the Dragon Board event is aggravating. DML staff did in apart "fix" DB event in an interesting way. The two event showing give you X2 event points. If you have not gotten 57k Birthdaystones yet, you may have to send i a report to CC or wait a few more days to get them.

I'll be honest, this isn't a very re-assuring response to hear after a couple days of radio silence, and counter to many of the promises made earlier. because of how much complaining there was, the mods had a stressful weekend trying to get everyone to understand. we all thought this would blow over before the weekend (quote, "later today", end quote) and that bulk compensation would be sent out again... well, as for me, I was skeptical that it would work out like that since some players were late to logging in and still had their progress reset, so it's not like sending out comp would fix the real issue at all.
I hope the team learned to be more careful with setting up its events, because all this experimenting is sowing unnecessary chaos that is putting a strain on us, on you, on CC, and the devs. let's not have such events start on unusual days of the week anymore to avoid accidental duplication and resetting.

also, one more thing to keep in mind: we have less than 4 days in this chapter and the weekend is now behind us, if the compensation arrives too late, many players might not be able to find the time to play the dragon board to completion (unless they do a trade offer which is a bad idea for completing the board). for me, it took about 3.5 hours to use up most of the compensated currency, which is a pretty significant chunk of time to set aside if you are studying or working. either you'll have to extend the current chapter's duration so that players have the weekend to play freely, or you'll have to wait to send compensation for the next chapter.
