i have the same problem with my game also... completed the movie marathon, and i think 2 of the earlier level, and the very last one not give the rewards - i did sent ticket to customer care - on 12/12/23 - 2 days ago... but still not heard back from customer care

customer care has so many pending tickets due to the ongoing bugs - mainly milestones - it takes up to 5 days to reply (this has never happened before)

gameloft really got to try sort out the missing movie marathon tickets for the players fast... as it really will impact the players that depend on those tickets to buy their dragon when the dragon still on discount

they sent some consumables as compensation, don’t expect to get exactly what you missed out on - that would take weeks if you take into account how many players were affected
