Did you reply back that you weren't get any ads at all? Almost all initial replies from CC are boilerplate responses with common answers to common issues (because this method does work and answers a healthy majority of tickets). That doesn't mean you can't reply back with "this doesn't resolve my issue which is __" and then explain in detail what is still occurring.
Everybody's explanation is in the initial message but if the provided solutions don't work, then always reply back and restate the issue and/or provide more detail. If you opened the ticket on a phone with the in-game chat, at the bottom of CC's reply the message box should still be open, so send a message that you aren't getting any ads at all. If you received CC's response via email, then reply back using that message - type at the very beginning of the email above the "do not reply below this line"
Always be polite as possible, please. Like any help support, agents have scripts to follow and steps that must be taken before an issue can be escalated to either more in-depth attention or booted up to the next support tier

That's fine. I don't often have to message CC but yes, I have to go through the same procedure: open ticket, explain problem, get boilerplate response, reply back with issue/longer explanation, and then get it resolved ๐
