yes, over 1 1/2 day, and still broken... not working...

and since yesterday, my discord seem very disjoin or frozen at times... often... and dml game itself also very jerky when play battles, in particular... making it harder to do perfect hits.... and at least once, i thought it roll back progress too.... eg. i swear i changed the recipe for the clan, but when i re enter the game , it say i have not change it

Hey, so as a quick update, our QA teams haven't managed to reproduce the issue on their end, and they've tested this on multiple Windows PC and on Android and iOS devices as well. That said, I've asked the online team that handles our online services to look into the matter as well.

actually for my clan, the clan chat is still not working perfect- sometimes can see it, but most times still has problem... i even sent one of my baby account out of the clan, and re accept it and re promote it, and see if it can fix the clan description and clan door issue, and no, it still can not update or change our clan description or clan door.... and with the clan chat still broken... my clan is doing power up with no guidance

it is 2 weeks now... and clan chat still broken... a clan with no communication between members is a disaster in making... we desperately need this issue fix as soon as possible please. Those in my clan would know that i don't normally take the crown- i only take it in desperate time- and i have told my crown holder to pass me back the crown - just to show how desperate our clan is, especially that all other clans can still update their clan description and clan door, and i can not do either in my clan- and neither can anyone else in my clan.

hahaha... it has been 2 whole week ,really... started from the event before last.... but sort of got back to working on the last saturday/sunday, then broke again ever since... for me.... the only way to communicate with my clan is use my own game name and change my own name to post things... as we can not even update/ change our clan description or clan door... it is bad... let's hope dml will get it fix soon... before i run out of gems .... haha

fruit for thought, you think the request for fair primal material by members has anything to do with causing our clan chat break down issue? I mean, there is no such thing as fair primal material, but it has always been an available option for request, which on its own need to be rectify by the game developer.

my clan still have clan chat/ clan description / clan door issue- still not fix... let's hope they will fix it before the next clan event start again... it really is not good, if you think managing a clan is not easy as it is, harder try to manage a top clan, and it just make worse when communication is cut off... some of my members are on facebook or discord, so those ones ok, but a lot more are not on either..if clan chat going to be a long term issue, dml may have to look at providing another alternative means for communication for the clans affected

I know that on iOS the "request Material" bug does not kill the chat, but that doesn't mean it is like this for all games.

our clan chat is working, but i do find that it was a bit unstable... it did went off few times since last night... but always pop back when i reload the game, or when i log out and enter my other accounts, then it seem to be functional on my other accounts ... same with clan quests, sometimes the whole page is empty, then when you close the screen and re enter it, then it appear again

they think my other accounts on another server... thus why when i change account, it worked... but actually, all my 4 accounts are on window apa... same server....

but before our clan completely break down, my own main account did had intermittent clan chat break down issue... intermittently having issue loading or say under maintenance... and my other accounts were normal on logging... but now, it is down for everyone in the clan... i confirmed with other clan members. But our clan is worser than other clans, as even our clan description / clan door is broken also, thus why we really have communication problem - if the problem going to take a long time to get fix, our clan really need another mean for communication within the game - even if a small pop up box at the start of the game... anything , that allow for some sort of communication - else we just going to lost players , the longer this go on

yes, it is not easy at all try to manage a clan with no communication. I am proud to say that i have a wonderful team, that just continue to show their support for our clan despite the communication break down, which now gone on for over a month -from the start. But yes, i lost a few good long term players during this time also, and few of them just start to lost motivation / interest for the game due to all the updates/ changes, as well as the clan communication break down. If you want to keep players continue to play this game, got to get the bugs sort out, doesn't matter how big or small they are... and if certain problems will take longer time to resolve or sort out, then provide alternative options for the players/ clans involve. As i said from the start, i normally manage my clan without taking the crown, and been like that for all these years... but i have been holding the crown for my clan for few weeks now, as i feel that my clan is at risk of breaking up due to the persistent communication issue we are having. Yes, i reported to customer care from the start, and they closed the case twice on me already. It does put one off in reporting to them again, as it make you feel that they aware of the problem, but brushing it off with no offer of alternative solutions. My understanding is most clans affected still able to update their clan description and use it for communication, and my clan seem to be the only one that do not have that option, as that is broken also.Any suggestions for short term solutions would be much appreciated.

Your clan mate used a crying smilie and added the emoji for water (the one with the three drops). It was that emoji causing problems because it also has another meaning which should not be discussed here.

this post was initially put up on 31/10/23- and the problem started at least the day before that... so it really been going for for a very long time now, and still not resolve... and with time, more and more clans find their clan chat break down also... i think DML really have to consider my suggestion above- to provide us with alternative method of communication within the game... at least on window apa. It is rediculous that i have to spend 5 gems to change my own game name to post updates for my clan, 5 gems to change, 5 gems to change back...

yes, i got the feeling that now, all clans on window apa has broken clan chat... it is like a virus, that initially only impacting a few clans, then it gradually spread and impact every other clans also....not good at all

yes, clan chat/ clan description/ clan door issue still not fix....now d10 for us- started 5/12..... it really is causing a negative impact on my clan...as i really struggle to manage my clan with no communication within the game. My clan been playing solo for most events/ power ups since 30/10.... i think only one event when we could post encouraging messages on clan chat, and cheer the clan on. Sure , our clan has facebook, and discord page, but the truth is not many members are on either. We really need a solution to this issue. As I suggested much earlier, if the clan chat issue is proven difficult to resolve, please consider providing us with an alternative means for communication within the game. This is an urgent matter.

amongst the mess of the current runner event, just a friendly reminder that some of us still have issue with our clan chat- and for my clan, also clan description/ clan door issue. It really is severely negatively impacting my clan, and put my clan to a disadvantage compare to other opponent clans. I really have big problem communicating with my clan, and support and motivate the members in the clan, and over the last month or so, we lost a lot of good players, even long term top players - please try to get a solution for us please- if it is too difficult to find a fix for the clan chat issue, please honestly consider putting up a temporary pop up message screen, even if a small one at the start of the game, for us to continue communication within the clan. The longer this last, the more players you are losing .

Still broken...this is not something that will just go away....It needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
All apa clans are suffering and losing good members the longer this is allowed to go on.
Instead of trying to patch the patched up clanchat communication, the whole system needs to be replaced with a better communication system that does the job better. Win:apa c19123.

yes, our clan chat still not working... worse for us.. i can not even use clan description to post updates for the clan... and can not change our clan door either... and it is proving impossible to tell my clan to stop adding after level 9... previously, few times i had to tell them to do level 10, as impossible to do level 9 with no communication in the clan

i send yet another ticket to customer care to inform them our clan description/ clan door issue still not fix- since the start of the clan chat issue - only fix for few days in that whole time- conversation ID 2377398 ( yes, cc like to say it is now a known issue, and close the case - i think they close this one too )

today, i find a new fact - apparently, when the new members join a clan, they get all the rewards from the unlocked clan chests in the clan on entry, even though they did not help to unlock the chests... maybe that is something that dml has to look into, as so unfair to the rest of the clan that worked hard towards unlocking those chests... and for my clan... it is a big problem, as our clan door/ clan description still broken, and i do not have control over who to let in ... i only notice it because few of the new ones pop in, then pop out and rejoin... but yes, none of them tell us that they get the rewards... so i asked an ex member to join the clan and tell me if he get the rewards or not... and also asked him to pop out and rejoin and see if he get the rewards again or not... apparently rejoining do not get repeat rewards.. but he get all the rewards when he enter the clan. Guess i really do need dml to get our clan description/ clan door issue fix as soon as possible, and to review the clan chest event rewarding system

Window apa clan chat broken again after only back up for over a day. This is terrible. I think DML really have to consider providing an alternative means for communication for the server/platform involve. This has been going on for way too long, and we are losing players, as it is very hard to keep the clan together , and keep everyone motivated with no communication. This matter is urgent, amongst the many other bugs in the game.

that is the added problem with my clan... i can not edit our clan description.. that is broken also... i can not change our clan door... that function was working maybe for 2 or 3 days ever since the clan chat was first broken, from 30/10... that is why i say our clan has NO communication within the game... not kidding u... it really is not easy managing a clan with no communication

our current clan description do have detail off our clan fb page and discord server link... but problem is - a lot of players simply do not want to bother to join fb or discord, and those that are on it do not check there often for communication... yes, i am lucky to have updated it when we had that few days functional clan description.. and i left our door open, which again, is fortunate... but it would be nice to be able to post new messages for the clan like what i would normally do otherwise

And if proven to be too difficult to be fix, please provide alternative means for communication within the game even as temporary solution.It is next to impossible to manage a clan with little communication, and i can not keep spending 5 gems to use my game name to post things for my clan. I try not to this last weekend- but means that i have to do the power ups mostly on my own, as can not advise my clan regard to my change in decision.

yes, this clan chat break down issue been going on for way too long.... almost 2 months now, from the start of the problem. Even though not many members report it here, but i can reassure you that it impact literally the whole window apa . I think over time, with so many other bugs in this game, a lot of players given up in bothering to report things. I don't like it, but i can still accept the power up contribution bug, the clan badge not showing for some players bug, the flying spellbook icon bug, the tiny ingredient icon bug... but clan chat is very important , if you want this game to continue long term. It really should be a priority to get fix, and like what i suggested many times already above, if can not find a proper long term fix, then maybe have to consider ditch the current clan chat, and start a new system that is more reliable , or at least consider providing another mean of communication between players in the clan in the mean time. A proper functional clan chat is important for the game satisfaction and allow devoted players to support and motivate others.

yes,fixing the clan chat ( and for clans like mine- also clan description/ clan door) really need to be a priority. I have been needing to use 5 gems to change my own game name to give instructions regard to power up etc for my clan for many weeks now. I really do not normally take the crown managing the clan, and been doing that for many years, but been holding the crown for the clan for must be almost 2 months by now. DML really got to either get the clan chat issue fix for good, or if prove to be too difficult to be fix, then at least provide an alternative means of in game communication for the platforms involve. And i have not even ask for compensation for the technical issue.

DML is losing a lot of players in these 2 months, and the longer this drag on, the more players will be lost, which just means a drop in income for DML

but actually, not just window apa.. sound like other platform apa also experience the same problem.. but a functional clan chat is very important for the maintenance of the clan. It definitely add to the enjoyment and satisfaction for the game for all. Really got to get it fix, otherwise if really not fixable, find an alternative option as suggested previously. For my clan, we lucky to be able to post our clan fb and discord page link on our clan description that second time when the clan chat was working for a day or two, but despite the post been there for over a month now, the truth is not many members bother to even join fb or discord page - a lot of players depend purely on in game links.. they do not want to have to join something else for communication purpose.

i know that Deji, for one, is very disappointed that not enough players are reporting it or complaining about the issue... as it really been ongoing for over 2 whole months now. And yes, everyone affected is not happy about it. Even I had sent 3 tickets to customer care over this, and posted once on dml fb about it also. The truth is this game has so many bugs that a lot of players just give up in even bother to complaint over anything any more... disappointing, but that is the truth. Technical issues are not uncommon in any games, but sometimes, one minor issue lead to another, or fixing one problem cause another problem elsewhere. That is why i suggest if fixing the apa clan chat is becoming technically impossible , then perhaps really have to ditch the whole thing, and start with a new system .

I don’t know why someone gave you the role without your apply. It shouldn’t be the normal way. Deji surely can have the clan leader role, but he should say if he wants it because it would change the colour of his name and he should give his ok.

We have been waiting for fix the clan chat issue more than 2 month (started on 10/31/ 2023 and today is 3rd Jan 2023).
Some Clans can't afford big problem like this. some players are already stop participate in clan event, clans losing every week active players and everyone know difficult to find any daily active clan dedicated players.
Yes we are agree the team is working on it/still investigating the issue. check last week reply, (DML team is treating as a Temporary inconvenience)

yes that could be it but its second time caught up dungeon has been cancelled nothing was fixed in it. even after cancelling catchup dungeon no fixing of clan chat too. And we are also not getting the exact time till it will be fixed. We are just told that dml staff is working on it from last 2 months. But we can't do anything but to sit still and that's what we are doing since last 2 months.

Broken clan chat is affecting gameplay but what was prioritized is removing cheap tyrant dragans in dungeon? It wouldn't affect our gameplay much even if everyone get those tyrant dragon but broken clan chat is affecting but no concern is shown on the topic

Please stop chatting now. I know this issue is annoying, but no one can tell you when it will be fixed, they‘re still working on it. We‘re in the report a bug area. You could try to report (as May or Deji do) in order to help the devs solving the problem. But simply complaining isn’t helpful for anybody and isn’t suited for this thread. Thanks for understanding

apa clan chat issue still not resolve. Today is day 76 - from when the problem initially started. Majority of my clan been playing solo all this time. Despite we do have post up facebook and discord group link detail, but not many players actually make the effort to connect, and those on our facebook page, or discord page - again, not many are active . We are losing good long term players every day. We really need the clan chat issue sort out as soon as possible, and if really proven to be difficult to resolve, then really have to offer alternative mean of communication in the game. All this time, all other clans can update their clan description for communication, all except for my clan, where this feature also broken.

one clan member of mine that also play another account but not in my clan told me that not every clan is affected- even on window apa. She reckon that lower ranking clans with no members above level 100 - their clan chats seem to be functional ? maybe only clans that have been around for many years are affected- and the newer clans not? Problem is not many other clans report here regard to their own clan chat status, and it is inappropriate for me to pop into other clans to check their clan chat status . But i thought i mention it here, in case if it may help with getting our clan chat issue fix.

I think it is difficult for clans not impact to appreciate how important a functional clan chat is on the clan, both in motivating and supporting the clan members, and maintaining a functional clan.

this is the reply overnight from cc, when i complaint about our clan's persistent broken clan description/ clan crest/ clan door... only worked for under a handful of days over the whole 3 months. So, when clan chat is broken on top of it all, our clan has total lack of direct communication within the clan. This really is not going to be good long term. Please consider provide alternative mean of communication for us please in the mean time.

i hate to sound like begging, but i think sometimes it is really hard for clans / players that are not involve to appreciate how important a functional clan chat is, to the clan, and everyone involve.3 months is a very long time to go without direct communication in a clan. For my clan, it really is a complete lost of direct communication, as we can not update our clan description/ clan crest/ clan door etc either all this time. Despite it is already posted on clan description alternative means for communication, but not many players really actively using it. I don't normally hold the crown in my clan, but been holding it for over 2 1/2 months now. Please seriously consider providing us with alternative means of communication within the game , even if for short term- even if it is a simple post that pop up on opening of the game, that the leader/ co-leaders can write on, to assist on communication within the clan. DML do trial new things , like the recent doing half dungeon stone/ divine tickets on watch ads , so surely can consider it as a trial of a new pop up post, or something similar for the affected server/platforms. I even tried my best to post it under suggestion channel on dml discord, but i think the suggestion bot is broken lately.

I don't think you guys are even bothered about the broken clan chat..... 3 months is a really long time...... you all are just focused on upcoming events and not even trying to fix it properly..... it will be better if you guys delay upcoming events and focus on the clan chat.... and if you can't fix that, then try to add a clan mail.... which can help the clan leaders and co leaders to stay connected with other members(As mentioned by may also).

In fact, I asked a few of my clan members whilst the clan chat was working, and i thought for a while that DML has indeed fix it for good this time, and i asked if any of them want to take the crown- the answer was no one want to take it - and i don't blame them . i think the broken clan chat may have impact on the clan chest event - despite i done 1600 clan trinket points across all 4 of my accounts, but i have not seen any clan trinket gifts across any of the accounts on the broken clan chat. Seriously, please get the clan chat issue fix for us ASAP. It really has been dragging on for way too long. And yes, it is getting so hard try to keep everyone motivate , and encourage members to continue playing clan events. It really is an urgent matter.

it certainly is a struggle to maintain a clan with absolutely no communication in the game. Even as a leader, i am losing confidence in my own leadership ability, and losing motivation for this game itself, and i can only reckon that others must be struggling too. As I had been saying many times already, a functional clan chat is important... and so is the ability to update clan description / clan door. It really has been going on for way too long, and it should really be a priority to get fix. If it is really way too difficult to find a solution, then perhaps dml really have to consider a short term solution for the server involve. I even wrote it under suggestion also, but dml developer rejected the suggestion. A functional clan chat only can be a win win for dml, as it boost game satisfaction, assist with communication , and allow for in game encouragement/ support especially for the lower level players. Right now, with the broken clan chat, i think it also does impact on the clan chest event, as we do not get the trinket gift from clan mates either. Getting the clan chat fix really should be top priority on the list, amongst all the bug issues we are having .

First i want to clear here, broken chat issue/bug is not just for any individual player or one clan.
We have been waiting for fix the clan chat issue almost 4 month (started on 10/31/ 2023), only some dedicated clan players every day following this bug section and some other’s no interest or lost hope fix by DML.
Question is now, what broken Clan chat issue highest priority for DML.. i think NO.
DML team is only treating as a Temporary inconvenience) as per reply and response.

those that follow this bug channel over the 4 months would have note that both Deji and myself have tried very hard to make DML understand that getting the clan chat problem fix should be a priority. Multiple times, customer care closed my ticket without fixing the problem, and postings on facebook get ignore, thus why i decided to also post under suggestion to urge them to get it fix sooner. I think the problem is not enough players take the time to express their concern about the matter , for one reason of another. I do hope that T will urge DML developer team to get this fix for us as a priority over other bugs.

it has been over 4 month still no permanent solution or reply. No intreset on fixing broken clan chat shown by dml. once for 1 day and 2nd time for 2 day clan chat got fixed in past 4 months. All new things are being prioritized over an issue which has been there for 4 months.

i feel embarrass to say that our clan seem to be one of the lucky ones that still have a functional clan chat and all, and i am grateful for the fix. But i do feel for the clans that got it working only for a few days and clan chat broke down again. A working clan chat is indeed very important for holding the clan together. DML really got to make double effort to sort out the technical issue. Much appreciated.

8 days we had the clan chat working again this time... so long that i really thought dml has it fix for good this time round... but yes, unfortunately i do have to admit that even our clan chat now is broken again too... but at least the clan description/ clan door bit is functional this time, so i can still post something for my clan. I think it really is time that dml has to think how likely they going to really get the problem sort out for good- if unlikely, or really too technically complicated, to consider alternative means of in game communication at least for the server involve. This really has gone on for way too long.

I totally agree with you but not because APA server faces frequent problems but because those problems are not resolved on time.
I also always believed that this game discriminates between these two servers but I never said that because I thought these would be too harsh words but after seeing how they have been dealing with our server problems in the last 2 years, I think it was right.

yes, unfortunately, broken... but i am already feeling blessed that our clan description/clan door/ clan crest is functional... so at least i can post things there, and no need to spend gems to change my game name to post things for my clan... as even my own clan members appreciate that it costed me heaps of gems doing that for the few months.

This is a very strange bug Deji.
I have 3 accounts: and 10 days ago I joined a new but powerful clan from my second account and then the chat section was working in that clan but after 2 days the chat stopped working there too.
I think not all clans are troubled by this problem at the same time.

yes, this time, the clan chat broke again after not even 24 hours. DML technical team obviously have not find the problem and solve the technical issue underlying it. It really has been dragging on for a very long time. Maybe like what has been suggested multiple time, at least provide players/ clans involve with an alternative way of communication. Most players just simply will not bother to join facebook or discord for clan communication- it just not going to work. Many clans have tried it, including my own. I posted on my own clan facebook and discord server every single day, multiple times, but only a small number of members really bother to read them. Good communication is very important in a clan, especially a top clan. And opportunity for players to interact and chat within the game will definitely encourage support for the newer players, and motivation for everyone to continue playing DML game long term. It really is a win win situation for the game. It is very sad to see that some apa players start viewing themselves as second grade players compare to players in other servers due to the delay response from DML technical team in resolving this.

clan chat on apa server still not working - in case anyone is interest to know, and fix it for us. It has been for over 6 1/2 months now. Not many others complaint about it, but it does not mean that it does not affect them- but I think because a lot of them just given up in bother to report it any more, as they feel that nothing will be done about it . We losing good players, even long term players, every day. It is very hard to keep everyone motivated when the clan chat is broken, and no direct communication in the game. It really should be a priority to get it fix as soon as possible.

actually, the clan chat is not 100% perfect- 50% of the time, it somehow don't let me post. So, I can type a whole long sentence, then next moment, the whole sentence disappear... and i have to restart it all over again. I think there is still a bug there somehow.

It's still available in my clan.
However, as others have said, we can't post long messages.
Also, some alphabets and kanji characters are displayed as asterisks after sending, making the meaning unclear.
But it's not a big issue if we rephrase the chat and chat again.
Just being able to chat makes the game 100 times more fun. dragonlove

mimi- if the profanity filter is ' on' then yes, it will cause some words to don't come through on clan chat... maybe that is what is happening in your clan- put it to 'off' and it will stop that from happening.

yes, clan chat been broken after less than a day... dml obviously still not find a proper fix yet ... maybe they really should consider offer us an alternative method of in clan communication in the game. It is easy to tell your clan members to join discord, or facebook, but the truth is a lot of them will simply won't bother to either... and to make a clan viable, you really need good communication. Else the whole clan break apart. I certainly for one finding it a struggle to keep my own clan motivated, and find new promising players for the clan these days. Fixing the clan chat, or provide us with alternative option is very important for us.

yes, this time, i did not even bother to post here regard to the very brief working clan chat, as it seem like a pattern- only pop back on briefly, for 1-3 days max, then disappear again- it give us hope, then only to take it away again . Not that it is not important , but i think everyone get tire of reporting the same ' bug' after nothing seem to be getting done about it for so long- almost 9 months already- this clan chat issue!

so sorry to hear, ras. My clan is doing well, been doing very well for the last few months. We far from perfect, but we are top clan on our server/platform, and leading also on this clan event. As a leader, i am very proud of our clan members- we too have a lot of long term players in our clan whom have been with us for many years.
