i just find an interesting fact- i play 4 accounts, and account 2 got a gift from account 1 when he is not on account1 's now friend list... so maybe like the power up visual glitch, it is a visual glitch

I'd also like to add another thing to this, I can still hire dragons from all my friends, so yes it's probably a visual glitch. But another interesting thing is that i don't get the same amount of friendship points I used to to get anymore, they've definitely decreased.

In reply to previous comments, I don't have any player in my list so I can't gift and I haven't received gifts anymore. Also, tried to add back friends, but didn't work so gifting is not working at all for some players.

My details: Player Id: apa:dd280 Version: 7.5.01

All of my 50-60 in-game friends have disappeared since yesterday! Only Toby remains.

This makes it impossible to complete the Daily Quests, or event tasks such as now in Cake Craze trying to send gifts to friends to earn iitems needed for recipes.

Strangely I am receiving gifts & time reductions from friends - may that was from before the problem occurred as I haven't been online since yesterday.

Agreee & hoping that it is a visual glitch - i.e. we still have our friends list - it's just not displaying so can't gift them.

Looks like a systemic problem on several platforms - though I think all reported here are in APA?

I thought to go to the Collectior Leaderboard to see if I could re-friend players.
Several that I tried to Check Profile now report Hidden Profiles.
Maybe something to do with a bug in viewing permissions?

A little more data:

• I have a test player on another Win system which has been friend to my actual player for years - I use it for testing situations like this - I've had a few problems over the years. I tried to Invite and Add Friend this test player using it's Code. It get "Invalid code".
• Real friend players I have sent Invites from my Social Log. Their Profile shows we are not friends as I can send a Friend Request.
• I have received Friend Invites from friends & accepted - they do not appear in my Friend List.
• I have been using the Suggest Friend list to try to link up friends, either new or previous. No one has yet appeared in my List.
• Strangely I have one real friend in the list which somehow got through.

yes, my younger members in the clan complaint about especially impossible to open rusty gates with the current glitch in friend list... as well as problem with portal energy... lucky no castle event .. but yes, does impact a lot more for some players than others.... it is definitely a visual glitch component there... as like what some players correctly pointed out above, even thought the friend list is short, but players not on my friendlist do receive gift from me, if i am on their friend list... but they not on mine... so very odd... i know for a fact, as i play 4 accounts, and my 3 baby accounts not on my own friend list, but i am on theirs, and they still really receive a gift from me every day... but i am not receiving any from them, as they not on my friend list...

This issue started on 18th August and 2 week passed.
Friend gift is the main source of portal energy, for any new or low/middle level players without portal energy not possible continue game progress.
My suggestion send portal energy gift every day (atleast 15 or 20) for APA affected players.

sorry to interfere, but i did saw Deji's post that Gugi deleted-and i have to say that i did not find anything wrong with Deji's post on this channel- Deji was merely asking the question to Anya, whom posted a response to a suggestion Deji posted above in this channel. And Deji was only trying to re enforce the urgency to fix the 'bug' and explained the impact not having friends for daily gift over this length of time on the game, especially regard to lack of sufficient portal energy, which is important for the current dragon delight event, but also more importantly, on the coming 2 castle events- which i think is fair. I don't think he is off topic here.

If I send an invitation to a friend and they accept, I can add them back to my friends list. However, friends who are not currently playing the game cannot approve me. There's also no way to check if my friend has restarted the game.💦

It was affected all Windows and Android APA players and I don't think all of them will contact customer care and customer care can handle that much player mails either. Dont you think it will be easier to send a server wise compensation than sending one by one who contacted cc?
