You have to have hatched and placed the dragons before they show as active dragons.

Dear event-ops people.
As everyone can clearly see, the breeding Blitz events were never intended to feature TWO event-prize dragons as parents.
At least one of them was always a breedable dragon
So either go back to the usual setups or tell the devs to change the template. Because this image is plain embarrassing
