Hi guys, are you talking about the "Event Inactive" bit? If so then please be aware that this is referring to the Divine Castle Event part of the Mini Divine Event that is scheduled to start on May 19. That's why it appears that way.
If it's about something else, then please provide me with a more in-depth explanation about the bug.
I guess this is the first time we're doing this way so it might appear out of place, but I can confirm it's intended to show up that way and it's not an actual bug. 😅

Probably a lot of newer players don't know about Divine events without an altar; pieces in chests is the way it used to be.

No problem at all, and by the way, although I can't make promises, the team is working on something so at least it won't show up that "event inactive" message since it can be somewhat confusing due people getting used to the old Divine Event setups that also contained a Divine Altar.

Ah, that might be it as well, since this is just the 2nd time we've had a mini Divine Event, which means no Altar, just the old fashioned divine dragon parts inside divine chests.

I've seen many similar comments (reports) on the "event inactive" part on socials and I think I've handled them all so far 😅 , but please spread the message to your clan mates & friends that there's no bug there, just a confusing placeholder that's related to Divine Castle Event part of the Mini Divine Event which is scheduled to start on May 19.
Hopefully the team will be able to replace that placeholder screen with something less confusing later today if not tomorrow. 😅

I think that if the start date is indicated, the word "inactive" would be less misunderstood.
Here the last sentence is not closed, it ends with ":", which creates confusion.
Add the date and everyone will be reassured.

Hi Vanessa, that's probably what the team will most likely do. And speaking of that they expect to have the "fix" in place hopefully sometime tomorrow.
