It’s a possibility. Maybe we should wait for an announcement if this is a bug or a new feature.

Since Tuesday it‘s Underlord in the dungeon, no more the Sweater

Yes, I saw that.
My question to Tevish was about the 15th MOC which gives the dungeon dragon even if we already have it normally. I found that we lost a chest with this system during the catch-up dungeons, when we already had the dragon in the dungeon. The screenshot shows that this may have changed since it gives pieces and not the whole dragon.

Most probably it’s only a bug Vanessa. It still indicates that there is a guaranteed dragon reward with the counter up to 15.
We don’t always get what’s indicated but it very much looks like a non intended functionality
