Hello. Otto lotto stopped working after I watched 1 ad. It says Check back later, but even later the ad isn't available
So i am going to miss tickets now

I have the same problem. android EUR
I have to quit the game to hope they reactivate and it doesn't always work.

Also, I don't get the same amount of advertising from game to game.
it's not fair not to allow us all to win the same number of tickets.

Hi! Give it a bit of time to see if they become available again on your side. If they don't then please open a support ticket with #customer-care so they can have your info and look into what's happening there. At the same time also leave your player details (platform, server and player ID) here so I can send them to the appropriate team so they can investigate on their end as well. Thanks.

Hi, i'm on Windows Eur: Yesterday after the update adds worked everywhere but today nothing everywhere. When I click on the green button, instead of having the video, I am directed to another window (see image). I no longer have a time reduction (den or nest)

I sent in a ticket to let GL know that ALL Video ads are down.. I did get a reply .They are working on it... But they are still down..

Quick update on the matter at hand: Our ads server support team informed us that they've found this morning an issue on the Ads Server side affecting video ad campaigns on all Gameloft games which resulted in them becoming unavailable since yesterday morning GMT. Luckily they managed to get them fixed earlier today, and their conclusion is that this might have been the root cause of the issue. All the best and thanks again for your reports on this!

Android, EUR. ID : EUR: 903cd5d I have similar problem. All videos are not working for me for about 2 days, Time reduction on Hatchery/breeding den/Otto's lotto/Stepping stones and Enchantment chests.
Today I've watched 3 video advertising and after that I have no possibility to watch any more. There is left about 1 day to use some of them ( stepping stones, shovels) and for me problem is not solved. I attach the screenshot

Hello, I have reported this problem two days ago on customer care, I received 20 gems, buy my problem still isn't solved. I can't watch any video ads and I can't participate at Movie Marathon, Otto's lottery, and they don't work everywhere. So, I don't know what else I should do. At the same time in my clan everybody is ok, they can play normally. I am loosing interest in playing that way, my odds get worse. And today is Blue Monday🙁

Hello! I have solved the problem myself. I 've uninstalled the game from the phone and installed again. At the moment I can watch all video advertisements. 😊
