Apa either not allowing or kicking you when you enter the game.
This is current situation.
It doesn't allow you for hrs or after game open it kicks you after few min.

Yes, we've just received internally an alert notification from our monitoring teams with regards to the APA server being unstable. The appropriate teams have already started investigating the intermittent service issues. Hopefully the APA problems will be resolved ASAP.

There is indeed an issue with the DML services on APA server. The online technicians are investigating as we speak.

A quick update on this, fixing the issue seems to require onsite technicians with physical access to the network infrastructure, which means it might take some time still before APA online services will be brought back up. It's also worth nothing that this server outage is impacting multiple Gameloft games and not just DML. That said, thank you for your patience and understanding.

obviously still not 100% perfect back to normal - like what Deji said above, we still have had periods of server crash issue today, lasting for up to over 40 minute at a time. It is hard enough to motivate a clan as it is these days, and the server issue is definitely not helping at all. One of my clan member was wondering if it is a bug relate to the dragon delight event, as he reckon similar thing happened when dragon delight event was on .

the other thing i just noticed is - the extra den ticket we get from compensation for 2 days- it automatically activate on receive... does it suppose to be like that- one can not keep them in inventory to use later? I do not expect that to happen, so only just noticed it just earlier when i saw the question marks over the extra den.. surely extra den is not useful for everyone right now.. and maybe more useful for some players to try for next week dotw/ next month dotm

This time the incident appears to be a more widespread occurrence as our monitoring teams have also reported it internally -- the prior more sporadic reports coming from here and socials appeared to be more isolated in nature, as the team were unable to find any sign of something not working as intended... That said, the online technicians are investigating this new APA server problem that started under an hour ago as we speak.

It's now loading and opening within 15 to 20 seconds.

I didnt want to risk losing progress by reinstalling the game. Lots of players lost the progress trying it and after CC for weeks to get it back. Its good that worked for you.

Returning with a status update, as of now the APA connectivity problem no longer seems to be occurring, at least according to our monitoring team. As such, kindly check on your end to see if you're able to load back into the game. At the same time, our online technicians will continue to monitor the situation.

BTW, those other more isolated and intermittent APA connectivity issues are a separate matter and our online team will keep looking into the reports when/if they come.

Very possible, give it a couple of hours max so the influx of players can stabilize and then try again. If the issue persists though consider logging in a support ticket as well with #customer-care.

this isn't something that can be fixed, sadly. server hardware has its limits, and too many players logging in at once slows it down or stops it completely, basically a DDoS.

also this thread is very old, the staff you see in here are no longer with gameloft. the mods can't do anything either.
