There is a menu called "Modpack" in "Mod" menu
I'm aware, doesn't really have what I'm looking for which is why I'm trying to do Modrinth. Trying to install things like from the fog or broken script
I'm trying to figure out how I activate the mod that I download from Modrinth on QuestCraft
those are because those are forge
the mod menu in questcraft literally pulls directly from modrinth
no filters apart from forge/fabric
and forge isn't supported/will not be supported
how do I use them on a server
if you want to play something on forge you can try kilt as a translation layer
wdym
I want to add a horror mod to a multiplayer Server how do I do that
entirely depends on the server provider/how they operate
if what you are saying is you are downloading a pack from modrinth to put on a server, doesn't work that way
those are treated as their own seperate dedicated modpack file
So I have to download it directly to the server itself
So that the server has the mod
... yes?
Okay
Sorry. I'm new to mods I've literally never downloaded one before.
ngl I kinda am trying to pick at what you said cause its a lil fragmented but yeah
for aternos if you know anything abt it, would you reccomend using modrinth or curseforge for mods
aternos by default hooks into I think their own stuff then defaults to modrinth
I don't suggest curseforge unless its not on anywhere else
alright
