Best Memory For Modding

I have both Quest 3 And 3s I’ve ran 1.21.1 with cobblemon but it’s very slow/laggy/studdery.

I’m pretty sure it’s ram just curious on what the best memory is to run with questcraft on both quests. And any performance mods to help with it so it’s actually playable. Don’t have shaders installed just normal support mods that download automatically and a few cobblemon add on mods with Jei and a few other basics.

don't change the memory, by default we literally grab as much as possible (unless you invoke manual), which can still only be around 1-2gigs especially on quest 2

and most performance mods that have a tangible effect are already added
