I had a LOT of wish history saved in Paimon.moe and I've lost a majority of it when swapping phones even though as the title says I had my Google drive connected (Images attached show my pity before and after swapping devices despite my drive sync :/)

I backed up locally and then I had to wipe my PC and reset cookies/etc. But apparently paimon.moe downloaded an XLSX file, and now it requires to have a JSON?

I stopped using paimon.moe after this

I back up to the XLS spreadsheet option and often. I keep a folder on my pc with a range of backups in case something goes wrong. Because something goes wrong often. (not necessarily with the backups, but generally in life.)
