After I returned to Geshin and checked my Wish History, I had data for only past 52 pulls because others where erased from servers. After 4.5 update i checked it again and there was hirsory for like 1 year so it expanded for past 98. When I try to import new history from Genshin to paimon.moe it says that the pull number hasn't changed so it stayed 52. How do I fix it?

So in that case the data is still not there

after 4.5 released, all the data past 6 months to 1 year was added to your history
some people are seemingly unable to import that data

have you tried force update
so this is about retroactively adding past pulls... under normal circumstances wish is only pulled until the last wish matching (if you imported last week, then on your today's import it'll only check up to last week). Logically it never happens that you have unrecorded wishes before your previous last wish.
force update should circumvent this, please try it (make sure you save the backup file)
