shogun with staff of scarlet sands

Hello guys, i habe using shogun with catch r5 and i recently got the staff.
So i was wondering how to rebuild her.
My usual team comp is with kazuha and yelan.
Heres how she looks now with the sss.

scarlet should b better than catch

el is better mostly tho

the edge case is when u have c2 kazuha and/or elegy sara in hyper

with an extra 300 em scarlet's passive becomes actually good

and with either of those r1 scarlet is better than r1 el

el scales super hard with refines, but thats kinda irrelevant for most players

Should I keep the the same artifact set?

I feel like burst dmg got reduced….any suggestions regarding shogun herself, not considering the team comp.

I dont have an electro dmg goblet….cause that takes her attack to 1500….

Then yelan burst

Then shogun burst…..and she stays

I don't think Raiden pairs well with Ayala...
