Hi. What should I do if the site thinks that I lost 50/50 on the banner with Zhong Li, and I won? 5/5 won. And now my counter is broken, the site thinks that I will win 50/50 next time, that the 5* trace will be the guarantor

This is interesting. If you take a look at your character event history (filter out the 3-star garbage), does the history looks correct and complete? Without additional info, I would guess that there's going to be a mistake (perhaps your history incorrectly includes a friend's data instead of yours, for example).

I think this could have happened due to the fact that I did not refresh the page before uploading history. I received a bunch of errors that the banner is unknown, then there was a message about updates on the site with a proposal to refresh the page.

Hi, I have the same issue but even with the force update wish history button I still have Zhongli considered as a standard character.. I also have a lot of "banner time mismatch" error messages when importing
