A little while ago, my paimon.moe randomly lost all the data I had entered into it, including 1 and a half years of wish history and over 800 manually input achievements. I use this site for those achievements primarily, and as I'm sure you can guess I'm not keen to spend all that time again. Luckily, just before it was lost I downloaded a backup, but despite saying the import was a success each time I try, nothing changes. I waited a few weeks to see if this issue would be fixed but so far there is nothing. Is anyone able to help me out at all on what I should do?

same happened to me except i havent tried importing again (cant find the file). but i didnt reset my browser cache so it must have been something on their end
Yeah same for me, I didn't change anything. The day before my wish history started to glitch and count from 0 to 90 for everything which kind of tipped me off that something was wrong but other than that it just disappeared overnight, which is really annoying since I want to track my achievements with it. Do you reckon they'll fix it soon?
i really dont know. worst is that the last time i made a backup was a year ago so if they arent somehow retrieved automatically upon fixing i will have lost 6 months worth of wishing
no. i just didnt realize my backup was made that long ago so i never made a new backup but since it somehow disappeared, now i cant get ~6 months worth of wishes back cuz they're gone from mihoyo's servers
Sorry to hear that, that must be really annoying.
yeah i lost ayato and kazuha's pulls plus a part of the weapon banner. in total like ~170 non standard pulls were lost
no idea how many standard i lost
Hopefully someone else here has an idea so this doesn't happen again.
make regular backups, ez
I've got the backup from a week before the data was lost, my issue is that despite saying the import was successful, it does not work still.
if the data hadnt randomly nuked itself i could have
i didnt even clear cache
no idea what triggered it
