I tried that app, my device apparently doesn't allow proxy anything at all, it's not even an option.

You said a ps account can be connected to hoyo website and then done like PC or mobile, how does that work? I couldn't figure it out. My PSN account has been connected to my hoyo account from the begining but i don't understand how to import that way

It's a hot pepper ghost. Kind of obscure and kind of crap, unfortunately, but it's the only device i have that has space for the game

I did tho. There is no proxy option like shown in the video. It goes straight from socks5 to orbet whatever that is

if there's no getting around it that's fine, i was just wanting to know what the connecting my PS account to Hoyo option was, cuz i can't figure that out with the info on the site
