Neither do I, but I would think no unless you have unrestricted access to the cloud computer you are using.

If you are able to access the file explorer on the cloud machine, you could navigate to the Genshin webcache folder and open data_2 with notepad to find the authlink. And I highly doubt that a cloud machine would let you run a powershell script.
