If you have a decent ATK sands, you found consider that instead of em for your catch builds, but as seraph mentioned, if you want actual number specific answer, genshin optimizer can tell you

Yelan is an off-field DPS who is able to apply Hydro off-field via her Elemental Burst, this part of her kit acts similarly like Xingqiu's Elemental Burst. Yelan mainly scales off HP%, so don't build her with ATK%. Yelan also wants a lot of Energy Recharge to be able to maintain her Elemental Burst uptime (up to ~250 ER), this can decrease depending on the number of Hydro units or energy providers in the team.

Regarding Weapon Choices:
**Elegy for the End: **This weapon is to be used only in reaction based comps such as Vape Hu Tao, Yelan's personal damage is lower than other options on this list, but is more beneficial for the team's damage per rotation.
**Mouun's Moon: **This weapon **works best at [R3]+ **and makes HP% Goblet potentially a stronger option instead of Hydro Bonus especially in comps with strong DMG% buffs.

Regarding Artifact Main Stats:
**Goblet: **HP% Goblet is to be used only if Hydro DMG% option is very bad and HP% option is very good, or if Yelan has strong DMG% buffs such as Emblem of Severed Fate (4) + Mouun's Moon (especially with refinements) or Raiden + Kazuha and so on.

****Xiao has issues with Energy regeneration because he cannot generate any particles with his Elemental Skill while his Burst is active, so it is not suggested to use his Elemental Skill during Elemental Burst.
Start off a fight by casting the skill of your Anemo Battery and then casting his skill twice then cast your burst immediately. You will want to be half way through your burst animation before the particles reach you, so this way you can start off your burst with a portion of the energy gauge already filled.
**You'll want to pair Xiao with another Anemo character **(Venti, Sucrose, Jean or Anemo Traveler) to help him gain energy while his Elemental Burst is on cooldown. Xiao's Elemental Burst ends when you swap to another character. Although he has two charges of his Elemental Skill, only ONE charge comes back per cooldown.

Regarding Weapon Choices: With a proper anemo battery (e.g. Sucrose), Xiao needs as little as 120-130% ER to maintain a high burst uptime. In these scenarios, unless there are no ER from substats, you should always go for a non-ER weapon as it will result in more damage.
**Calamity Queller: **This weapon has a really high Base ATK, which means you benefit more from ATK% buffs (e.g. Thrilling Tales of the Dragon Slayers) if compared with other weapons.

**Regarding Artifact Sets: **Prioritize Viridescent Venerer over the other 2 +18% ATK sets if there are external ATK% buff sources on your team.

**Regarding Artifact Main Stats: **Anemo DMG% goblets are recommended for Xiao. ATK% goblets serve as a good alternative for him.

**Hamayumi: **If you're using Shimenawa's Reminiscence (4), **this weapon doesn't synergize well with that artifact set due to its passive. **
**Prototype Crescent: **Note that you want to proc the weapon passive by doing a quick charged shot on the enemy's weakspot for this weapon to be good.
**Slingshot: **With a large amount of external ATK buffs, this weapon is competitive to R1 Rust. Note that you have to be in range for Slingshot's passive and have good uptime on the ATK buffs.

**Regarding Artifacts:
Crimson Witch of Flames (2) +18% ATK set (2): **The best generalist set on Yoimiya as it is competitive with the other options for personal damage and works in every situation.
Shimenawa's Reminiscence (4): Offers more personal damage on Yoimiya but it sacrifices her Elemental Burst uptime which translates to lower overall team DPS due to not being able to fully benefit from her Ascension 4 passive.
Crimson Witch of Flames (4): The go-to artifact set for Vaporize focused Pyro carries, excels over the other options especially on a reaction focused team comp.
**Lavawalker (4): **Good option on a mono Pyro team comp where Yoimiya can have 100% uptime on the artifact passive.

Regarding Mainstats:
Elemental Mastery: A good option if Yoimiya is triggering Vaporise and/or Overload. Having Bennett in the team favours Elemental Mastery sands slightly more than ATK sands, however it is recommended to just use whichever has better substats.

**Regarding Talent Priorities:
**Elemental Skill scales very poorly which is why it is the least priority. If you do not care about her Elemental Burst damage output, you can prioritize Elemental Skill over Elemental Burst, but Normal Attack talent still has the most priority since it's the main source of Yoimiya's damage.

Raiden's Elemental Burst damage depends on her team's energy consumption prior to her Burst, and her Burst restores a comfortable amount of energy for her team (which is further amplified by her passive). This is especially convenient on teams that doesn't conflict with her element and wants the energy provision. (i.e. Eula, Electro, National teams, etc.). Raiden has no issues with firing her ult off cooldown after reaching about 200% Energy Recharge, but it is possible to raise it higher for better energy restoration for her team.

**Regarding Weapon Choices: This list assumes the average across a variety of buffs.
Skyward Spine: **Assumes that you are utilizing the ATK SPD buff to access higher damage combos.
**Wavebreaker's Fin: [R5] **Wavebreaker's Fin is relatively equal, to Staff of Homa, depending on your total team burst cost.

Regarding Artifact Sets:
Tenacity of the Millelith (4): This set acts as a low investment support oriented set. Raiden is an excellent ToTM holder since her Elemental Skill has 100% uptime and procs very easily. Do note that if your Raiden is equipping this set, then she will sacrifice her personal damage.

Def- lower investment however you do need to farm a 4 pc set

Not saying his e damage is bad if you build atk, just won’t be as much if you invest in def

raiden has raiden national which is pretty insane rn so I'd rec that. raiden xiangling xingqiu bennett

if your yanfei is built you could use her in the double geo team with a reaction aid. xingqiu would prob be best but as he'd be in the national team, could consider fischl

overall, you'll want to level character and talent levels to be able to get into and through floor 12

anyone else can do this too albeit no second arrow goes flying with each one

whats really handy against larger targets is being able to move and do this

polar star childe can fire a couple off quickly (shoot 1 normal, hold the second time and release for a double shot in half a second) before moving into his melee mode for example as a use case for a quick buff before vape bursting

but the issue is aiming as the hold quick aim will zoom in at the center of your screen not necessarily at your target
