It is, assuming you're using 4pc Noblesse.
You can further improve it by investing more stats into crit for that 1:2 ratio, 200 ER is more than enough for Bennett.

Morgana is freeze team, and Freese Ganyu uses Blizz

The best part about it is that you can ignore CR and stack as much CD as psosible

I almost never use a full deck of five stars, many of the four stars have far to much utility to be ignored simply because of their star rating. On top of that they are far more likely to have higher constellations.

she's good with noblesse, unless someone else on the same team uses it, you can consider millelith. But overall, noblesse is pretty much her best kit

the only down side of using millelith is that the buff duration is super short. Could be compensated if you're using sac bow on her to get the reset, spamming elem skills or just a quick swap for xiangling ult since her ult snapshots

My diona is running 2p Tenacity 2p healing (maiden or clam works for this). I'd always recommend 2p Tenacity for the hp since that's what her shield scales off of, and from there you can either go a healing set or just up to 4p Tenacity

For stats I'd recommend just hp/hp/hp with as many hp substats as possible and use sacrificial bow

However, if you want her for her burst, a less common build is hp/hp/crit rate with favonius bow, as that's a lot higher energy recharge and you'll have your burst back a lot quicker. I don't recommend this build over sacrificial, cause I like her shield more than her healing, but it's always an option

u don't really need cr hat for favonius, i run healing bonus hp hp. As long as your cr is around 35~50% it's already good enough to proc her favonius. Running just 2pc tenacity and already got 6k+ heal on low hp unit, planning to add maiden/clam but it's really low priority.

Everytime someone else gets energy, she gets stacks (Talent- Wishes unnumbered or something)

Essentially, you use her skill, and others's skills and burst

Others's burst gives her chakras based on the energy cost

Then when she uses her own burst, the chakras in the ring get consumed- and converted to additional damage

Another option is crit Venti, with ATK (or sometimes EM)/anemo/crit, but it requires way more investment to match/surpass triple EM in the vast majority of situations
