freeze and melt. I really can't say which is best for f2p but here are her teammates:

Freeze:

If you ain't pulling any of these current banners, no need to recharge. You can absolutely get enough wishes from just dailies and event for next banners.

Also, what Sifu posted before about how to calculate pity, was math. Multiplication (5 wishes per page multiplied by the number of pages not including the one where you got the last 5*) and addition (plus how many rows until the row you got the 5/* in the page where it appears).
