point being that the inventory kamera doesn't spy the data to itself, you can firewall it off after it updates and be sure if you need to. genshin optimiser is the thing that actually uses the data, that would be the actual concern

you dont plan on pulling any more characters?

if thats the case then you can probably just build up that entire roster the whole way lol, thats not many characters

but the most important ones are:
xiangling, fischl, kaeya.
if you make a geo team (if u dont plan on getting any more chars u will probably have to)
noelle, yunjin, ningguang
and if you really dont add any new characters to your roster
main character is decent since u dont have many better chars. definitly worth investing in, especially with dendro coming

roll distribution is uniform, we know that
but substat distribution is not uniform, its weighted against crit.
removed bad calculations
the rate of 30+cv regardlesss of mainstat or set is 0.0313828 (considering 80:20 3stat : 4stat starter)
if you want a specific set that just halves the chance. if you want a specific mainstat, which for dps you definitly do, its even rarer

it needs to roll 4 highest rolls, or 5 rolls into crit, to reach 30cv

compared to EM mainstat, which is lik 4% or somthing

rv is generally a better metric than cv (crit value)

when u consider specific characters u can ignore certain substats they cant use when measuring rv

so more purple in the substats that specific char can use = higher rv

the feather i posted has lower rolls than the flower (820% vs 860%), but its more useful when considering most characters bcos it doesnt have two dead rolls on flat def

fun fact:
turns out rate of 3sub starter to 4sub starter artifact actually differs depending on source

so domain is truly the most efficient way to farm artifacts

u get 20% 4stat starter and 80% 3stat starter from domains

which take 20 resin

weeklies give u 34% 4stat chance

and those are 30 resin (for 3 times)

so for 10 resin increase u get a 14% extra chance increase at 4substat starter

but if u do it twice, thats 60 resin for 34% chance twice which is 0.5644
that gets u 3 domain runs instead, which is 20% chance 3 times = 0.512

**Regarding Weapon Choices:
Amenoma Kageuchi: This weapon can lower your ER% requirements from anywhere between ~150% to no additional ER% needed, depending on the number of stacks on the passive and the refinement of this weapon. As such, at higher refines / more stacks on the passive, this weapon can perform better than Skyward Blade, while at lower refines / less stacks, it can perform worse.
Freedom-Sworn: **The ranking here only assumes Jean's personal damage and not the utility it gives. If you want to furthermore buff your main DPS, you can give this sword to Jean as she can trigger Freedom-Sworn's skill relatively easily since Anemo is always trigger.
**Lion's Roar: **Depending on passive uptime, it can be ranked over Favonius Sword (at 50% uptime) and even Aquila **Favonia **(at 100% uptime).

**Regarding Artifact Sets:
Viridescent Venerer (4): **The bread and butter for Anemo characters in general, as it is commonly used for the 40% elemental resistance shred.
Noblesse Oblige (4): Another ther option for providing utilities to the team. This set gives a 20% partywide ATK boost after Jean casts her Elemental Burst.
**Ocean-Hued Clam (4): **The best set for Jean's personal damage, as the damage it deals scales with Jean's burst healing. However, because Jean's total damage output is on the low end, it is generally recommended to prioritize utility options such as Noblesse Oblige or Viridescent Venerer over this set.

Regarding Main Stats Priority:
Elemental Mastery should only be used when Jean is paired with Bennett, as her burst ticks will swirl the self applied Pyro from Bennett's burst, acting as a damage source and Pyro application. Because of this, high burst uptime is required and so weapons with EM and ER passives are preferred. **(Freedom Sworn, Skyward Blade, Favonius Sword, Sacrificial Sword, Iron Sting, Amenoma Kageuchi)
**
**Regarding Talent Priorities:
**If you prefer more damage than healing, prioritize Elemental Skill over Elemental Burst since it scales better.
For Support Jean, you can either go for more ATK for stronger heals, but relatively lower Burst uptime, or more ER for lower heals, but higher Burst uptime. Choosing between these two is up to personal preference, although if another Anemo character is on the team, Jean has very little energy problem and can potentially go full Sub DPS build.

For this type of comparison though I'd include Kazuha as well, as she's usually ran with him in comps with Sara (Sara and Bennett aren't ran together that usually when hyper, it's usually either of them, but Kazuha tends to be a staple unless they don't have him)

all archon's kits are able to fully utilize their respective dedicated artifact set, and most of the time its bis
ie venti/vv, zhongli/mililith, raiden/esf

Levelling him to 90 would probably get him to 50k, but if you don't want that much HP, he's fine as he is already

You may want to ascend him though to get a couple more levels on his E but imo not super necessary

I wouldn't recommend crowning his burst if you're not going for damage, but it's fine if you just want to because you like him. I double crowned my Kazuha and that's one of the worst wasteful things to do. xD
Other than that, 40k HP is already plenty to have a chunky shield, so you could get away with the feather already, but I'd say the flower would be better to change than the feather. If you are somewhat interested in damage though, you definitely need more CR and would probably have to switch him to HP/geo/crit.

with that info i could build him tanky and also have him do damage speically with his burst at 899% damage when crowned

i think it would be wasteful if you just ignored that percentage

For damage, it's always better to balance stats, and he still scales off ATK. So for damage, you'd want ATK, HP, geo DMG bonus and a balanced crit ratio. Your Zhongli is perfect as he is for shieldbot though, and will be dealing around 40-50k bursts (iirc) which is decent.
