So with a low ATK weapon, (like the catch), you'd be missing out on attack- which is turn means that the "electro damage bonus" is a very small bonus
You can use ER sands and Electo Gob IF you use an atk buff
However, I'd recommend switching either of your sand or gob to ATK

For Keqing, either 4p TS on an electro-charged or mono electro team or 2p ATK and 2p TF for a more generalised build. ATK/electro/crit, ofc. Lion's Roar is one of her best options outside of Mistsplitter.
For Yoi, her best is 4p CW. A combination of 2p WT, 2p ATK or 2p CW, or 4p SR, can work well too. I generally though recommend 4p CW or a 2p combination over 4p SR. You'll want ATK or EM sands, pyro goblet and crit circlet. Rust is her best option outside of 5* bows like TP.

[They wanted to know overall damage on a built Yoi (they asked for people that got Yoi on her debut) so I showed them "solo" damage and damage on a full rotation]
I ended up trying 3 different configurations (only the circlet varies). On a full rotation, you'd add 203 ATK (from pyro resonance) + Bennett's (C2) Q buff and 120 EM (from Bennett using and triggering 4p Instructor's). In total, the buffs used on a full rotation are those three (pyro res, Bennett's Q and 4p Instructor's) and ZL's shield shred (he's not on 4p TotM yet).
I did one "solo" (not truly solo as there's a full team deployed, so she has the pyro res buff, but that's all) and two full rotation (one on Masanori and another one on the primo geovishap) videos. On the vishap one I show her stats overview before and after getting the rotation buffs.

You generally want a crit weapon like black sword, pjc or mistsplitter, although lions roar works as well
And if you're doing physical keqing (not recommended) then you can use prototype rancour or Aquila favonia
Artifacts you want atk/electro/crit. Because of her passive you never want more than 85% crit rate because activating her burst gives an additional 15%, so anything above 85% is generally wasteful when it could roll more atk or cdmg

if you have yunjin, she's really good with yoi. and it's better with zhongli because she' can't make full use of benny's circle if she needs to keep moving to not get hit

childe - benny, xiangling, kazuha is about the strongest team you will ever have for childe
ayaka - mona/koko, kazuha, diona/rosa, she's best in freeze teams to make use of cryo res and blizz strayer
yoimiya - yunjin, zhongli, xingqiu, she needs a shield to max output, and yunjin buffs her normals while providing geo res. xingqiu for vapes.
