yeah this is more of a catalyst thing, than a sucrose thing, but typically I don't bother using her basic attack anyway. Like most anemo she's a support DPS/buff switch her in for some bonus swirly and throw down ult whenever it's up. With sacrificial fragments she can use her E 3 times before it's on cooldown (almost guaranteed) and the cooldown isn't exactly long to begin with.
