But if you want an actual rundown:
His second and fourth hits of his normal attacks grant him one SS stack.
When you use his charged attack, it consumes one SS stack to do a special charged attack, and when you run out of stacks, it does a stronger attack.
His E throws a taunt on the field. When it gets hit, it gives one stack. When it expires it gives another.
His Burst gives him a buff to his atk stat based on his def. It also makes his normal and charged attacks into geo, and instead of the second and fourth hits granting an SS stack, it's the first and third instead

He's ridiculously fun to play imo like he just bonks stuff for insanely high damage

However it is still very lackluster burst wise
