So if u had to hit 90 twice and got characters twice, youre guaranteed to get a weapon within the next 90 pulls
theres also something similiar with 4*s the numbers are supposed to be as balanced as possible

Its generally better to wait until AR45 to do artifacts, because you unlock lvl90 domains, which have at least one guaranteed 5* artifact per 20 resin
In the meantime just make sure you have the right mainstats and keep you artifacts and weapons leveled up and you should be fine
