the thing is I have a PJWS on zhongli with 77k meteors on an HP% sands getting me like 34k HP
so homa would get me to 37k and an extra 300 ATK. not to mention more CD and CR by switching to a CR hat, so 100k meteors would be no surprise
on the other hand, I have an R5 Stringless Fischl with 55 / 170 or so crit, that would go to like 60 / 240 with a polar star. not even including the higher base atk, 20% ATK bonus, and the 12% EQ dmg making the transition less painful but overall still worth like 20% total damage
so the question is if I want to get 20% on my 10k A4 hits, C6 joint and normal attacks of Oz
or
~ 30% on a meteor and a beefier shield
