1. Better Cryo Applicator

3. they are abt equal in healing output

4. Qiqi is slightly better if ur going low investment and just using Maiden’s. Diona is still pretty low investment tho, but u need either Favonius or Sac Bow to make her really shine compared to Qiqi who can rock Skyrider prob
