I'm definitely not a hard saver cause I've spent multiple times (Kazuha banner for Bennett, Ayaka banner for Ningguang, this weapon banner just to see what I got (sac sword r2!!))

I also got Kazuha when pulling for bennett, only 25 pity and won 50/50 so zero complains in my first ever instance of luck

I didnt really want him at first but I built him anyway and i love him now

for taze comp, the VV4 set is important on electro because it's one of 4 ways to increase the EC DMG, besides level, EM, DEF shred

kazuha you swap almost immediatly, so besides not reliably triggering 4VV on the correct element, you don't get it that often

and he doesn't grant EM till C2, which I don't have lol

also, gotta remember diminishing returns on EM gains

that's why for sucrose, VV4 is more important than getting more EM at my current stage, though I wouldn't mind getting sac frags or other higher-EM weapons

It's like 45/160 crit iirc and 645 EM, so more of a mix between sub dps and support

generally speaking, hamayumi needs to be a refinement level higher than rust to be worth it on yoi
on the other hand, hamayumi is a great F2P weapon for ganyu

also, if you use 4 shime on yoi, hamayumi is strictly worse on any refinement
