It depends on your build, but generally an EM weapon is the go-to. Here's my hybrid build that uses a Crit weapon but that still has a "good enough" amount of EM

My understanding of her kit is that while above 30% Bond of Life she has 40% Pyro DMG plus a bare minimum of the 30% Bond for 70% damage, and Bond can go up to 95% for 135% maximum %bonus just through her kit alone

That decreased by 5.5% every hit she deals but that's still a massive amount without artifacts

She also somewhat incentivizes 3000 atk so atk Sands and Goblet would help get her there

Plus her base atk is quite high (tied for third highest)

since she cant receive healing outside of her own self-heal and you dont want to use the self-heal because it consumes your damage buffs Furina seems off the table with her
