(200 + 30 + 80) * 0.22 = 68.2% dmg bonus near the end of the rotation

the one thing that needs testing is whether u can heal rest of party between rotations, with both bennet and furina's healing stance

For basically all characters that deal damage, elemental goblet is better than ATK/HP/DEF (or whatever they scale with)

There are cases where you could use a non-elemental goblet but are rather rare, and it's usually a case of "roughly equivalent/almost as good" as using an elemental goblet

Raiden is probably the best example, as she can use ER sands and ATK goblet pretty well with EL

For most cases, it's better to run a non-crit circlet than a non-elemental goblet though
