i didnt think this was possible but i just did out the math and youd have to get absolutely perfect max rolls on every piece

every piece would have to be a 4 liner with max stat rolls, and each level up would have to roll max value every time except for the EM on the flower and feather (you can get away with rolls of 21 instead of 23 if your target is just 1k)
