Now you can probably make it work with Raiden in turn 2, but I feel Chongyun is now better than ganyu

His talentcard increases normal attack DMG by 1 and duration to 3 turns, and with Raiden, keqing, it's really easy to get superconducts without having to rely on dice RNG as much

Also you don't need to swap as much since the electro chars now can apply cryo themselves
