1. Switch the weapon to Deathmatch
2. Use a Pyro Damage % goblet

There is a world where you can use an HP% piece, a Pyro % piece, and an EM piece, all while still having a "good" crit ratio, but it's really hard to get to

I'm still grinding for a final 0.1% CR and 4.4% CD to get to an 80:200 ratio
