It's all RNG. Strongbox is basically free resin, so you might as well use it. You certainly shouldn't be using five stars for fodder and you can't do anything else with the trash ones besides strongbox.

Most artifacts can't be good. The system isn't designed that way. Most of them are designed to be bad. So unless you happen to have a ton of double crit pieces laying around that you aren't rolling, odds are the artifacts you have laying around aren't as good as you think they might be.

A piece has to have at least a single line of crit on it for me to even think about rolling it. If it doesn't have that, it is trashed. lol

Double crit Noblesse pieces aren't a bad thing for a character like Bennet, Mona, Rosaria, etc. They can still do damage. Clam and Maiden's is another story, but no one should run the VV domain at this point because Maiden's is just a totally dead set and VV is in the strongbox.

And yeah, dog shit subs on good main stat pieces is just how the system is designed. It is an end-game hamster wheel.

Wrong main stat but has double crit? Roll it until like +12. If it doesn't all go into crit, feed it. Good main stat but garbage subs? Strongbox. When the planets line up and you get good subs and good main stat, pray to every God it rolls well.

Benny heals so much that you really don't need to build him for additional healing. Mine is on Noblesse with ER/Pyro/Crit and he keeps everyone alive just fine. Might as well have him do some damage if the healing is just going to go to waste.

Damage is damage. That tiny little boost in DPS could be the difference between two or three stars in the Abyss, especially with how much HP pools keep going up. Plus, investing in Benny is never a bad thing because he's always going to be good.

Has saved me a lot of times from tanking with Raiden

When I have his burst up, i don't even consider dodging and just keep attacking I feel like it's more valuable than 20K DMG every rotation

assuming an achievable 1500 EM, the EM mult is 685.7%, so you'd get
2893.71 * (685.7% + 118.4% + 400%) == 37,736.87, or about as much as hyperbloom can do currently
