Pretty decent given your AR. You should probably change the Crit Rate Circlet to a Crit Damage one. If you have an on set CD circlet, switch to an off-piece goblet (if you have one) or go with an off piece circlet. You don't need 5 pieces to complete a set

If you're doing a freeze comp with her, your CR only needs to be at 45% because you'll get 40% CR from BS and another 15% from cryo resonance. You really need some ER for her though or your burst will take a long time to get back.

You'll also need a healer with her because if you lose Harbinger's passive, your CR tanks.

HB also doesn't make much sense for most healers unless you're running clam set, cause you overheal in most cases anyway once you've upgraded your talents to a sufficient level and only clam set gives at least some benefits to overhealing by converting it into DMG

iirc her skill buff cap is like 44k or something, so past that amount the buff only comes from homa's passive or external buff
it's just his/her curreny build has a good amount of em, sacrificing time to farm em sand and change most of the artifacts are not really worth it unless they've got nothing else to do
